The challenge
What we were solving for.
New utility routing had to fit within 18-inch overhead clearances above an active corridor serving the cleanroom.
Any contact with existing process lines risked contamination shutdowns costing $500K+ per event.
Our approach

- Captured the corridor over three weekend windows with terrestrial scanners at 6 mm resolution.
- Built a verified-as-built model and coordinated new CDA, PCW, and exhaust routing against confirmed clearances.
