The challenge
What we were solving for.
All twenty-eight tie-ins had to occur on a live chilled water loop with no permitted loss of cooling capacity.
Routing for the new chillers competed with existing risers, electrical gear, and structural bracing.

- Captured the existing plant and tie-in zones with terrestrial scanners and built a verified-as-built reference model.
- Coordinated new piping, pumps, and electrical service against confirmed clearances with weekly clash reviews.
