The challenge
What we were solving for.
Redevelopment required accurate documentation of two existing structures plus shared utilities, hardscape, and adjacent right-of-way.
Design team needed a deliverable that supported both new construction coordination and existing-structure adaptive reuse decisions.

- Captured both buildings, site, and utility tie-ins with terrestrial scanning registered to the project survey datum.
- Delivered a Scan-to-BIM model plus a federated site point cloud usable across architecture, civil, and MEP workflows.
