    How MEP detailing actually works

    Our MEP BIM services cover the full lifecycle of a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing model — from LOD 350 design coordination through LOD 400 fabrication detailing. We model ductwork, piping, electrical tray, conduit, plumbing risers, and process piping inside Revit MEP and CAD-MEP, then run multi-trade clash detection until the model is build-ready.

    Once coordinated, the same model is pushed to fabrication-level detail with real manufacturer parts, hangers, and seismic restraints. Every spool, BOM, and hanger schedule is generated directly from the BIM — so what gets coordinated is exactly what gets fabricated and installed. After installation, we verify the model against field conditions and deliver an LOD 500 as-built record for owner turnover.
